It's been a while since I did a recipe video and I had a few requests recently, so I recorded this yesterday. I'm sorry about the background noise- Colby was shampooing our carpet during part of it. This is based off a recipe from www.skinnytaste.com. (I highly recommend this website!) I just tweaked it a bit to our liking. Despite "chili" in the name, it's really versatile. We love it as filling for tacos or nachos.
