Another quick and easy recipe that you can prepare in the morning then come home after work to a delicious meal. This pulled pork recipe is great for sandwiches, salads, nachos, in poppers and more. Great for those times when its too cold for the smoker or you just don't have one but crave some BBQ taste. Ingredients 1½ Onions 1 Tall boy of dark beer BBQ Rub BBQ Sauce Pork butt Mustard Instructions Apply mustard to top of a trimmed and cleaned pork butt and apply a thin layer of your choice of rub (homemade or not) to the top of the meat (You can also marinate it in the fridge for as long as you can). Put a thin layer of onions on the bottom of the crock pot and pour your beer and some BBQ sauce over top. Drop in the pork butt and put some sauce on the top and cook on low for 6-9 hours or until you can pull the pork. Drain the fat and some liquid from the crock pot and add some more BBQ sauce to meet your tastes. Enjoy! Check more out at JazzyJ.Ca
